The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team offundraising sales representatives to achieve acquisition targets for our charity clients. This roleensures that fundraising activity reflects the organisation’s values, delivers high-quality donor experiences, and contributes to sustainable income growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of fundraisers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.
- Monitor and report on individual and team performance metrics, implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Set clear expectations and foster accountability across the team.
- Provide daily on-site coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance and professionalism.
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to review results, provide feedback, and support personal development.
- Identify sales training needs and collaborate with management to ensure consistent skilldevelopment and compliance with campaign standards.
- Oversee day to day operations including site management, logistics, and compliance with fundraising/marketing and sales regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales data capture and reporting through approved systems (e.g. Evergiving).
- Maintain clear communication between fundraisers, management, and charity clients.
- Preparing and implementing strategies across our fund-raising space, to increase recognition and interest for the campaigns.
- Implementing marketing and sales strategy that benefit All Australian Marketing’s image and brand.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in face-to-face fundraising, direct sales, or similar performance-driven environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing and coaching teams to exceed targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement strategies.
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
