**About Your Role**:
As a Participant Champion, you will work proactively with DSA’s Participants to support goal achievement through effectively utilising their NDIS plan. You will be the primary contact between DSA, the participant, and their support network.

As DSA’s personalised Relationship/Accounts Manager, you will ensure DSA’s supports/services are set up to best meet Participant satisfaction. Throughout the duration of service, you will actively undertake goal review meetings and support the participant to plan and prepare for annual NDIS plan review meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure participants are supported in decision making;
- Regularly meet with local managers and key stakeholders to ascertain service delivery capacity and assist in the effective use of service delivery to maximize participant outcomes;
- Provide financial costing breakdown to participants and their supports for services; DSA Services Agreements
- Conduct satisfaction and goal attainment reviews throughout the life of the plan to ensure quality of services received by DSA and track progress towards goals;
- Critically review the Participants NDIS plans for additional opportunities and identify gaps in funding;
- Implement strategies to support participants to maximize their NDIS funding contracted to DSA;
- Attend expos and/or relevant events as requested to represent DSA and promote Products and Services;
- Maintain and track NDIS funding, enquires, Participant files and documentation

**About You**:
**Ideally you will have**
- Knowledge of the NDIS/Funding.
- Account Management/Relationship Management experience.
- Proven track record to meet and exceed targets and KPI’s.
- Sales Experience, but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build a productive relationship with people with a disability/key stakeholders.
- Ability to read, interpret financial data and conduct simple analysis & reporting.
- Valid NSW Driver's License and ability to travel to meet participants face to face
- COVID 19 Vaccination or medical exception.
