We're now looking for a capable and detail-oriented Accounts Allrounder Specialist to join our team on a casual or part-time basis. This role would suit someone seeking flexible hours and a friendly work environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll look after the day-to-day accounting and office administration tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You'll be working closely with management and the operations team to ensure our financial processes are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including data entry and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process payroll as required.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records using [Xero / MYOB / relevant software].
  • Liaise with Management, clients, and suppliers to resolve billing or payment queries.
  • Provide general administrative and office support when needed.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Background in freight, transport, or logistics preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and great time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional in your approach.
