Eagers Automotive Group is looking for an entry level
**IT Desktop Support Officer** who has a great work attitude and excellent customer service skills to join our IT Services team.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing IT support to our dealerships across South Melbourne and to the west of the city.

Some of your responsibilities would include:

- Deploy and Maintain Dealership/IT Assets, Operating Systems and Applications both remotely and in person
- Maintain Local Area Networks and Communications Equipment
- Maintain Mobile and Fixed Telecommunications Equipment
- Maintain User Security Systems - Active Directory and Office 365.
- Complete Assigned Service Desk Calls.
- Create, maintain and revise documentation within the IS National Documentation System.
- Provide feedback on continuous improvement of processes and procedures in order to enhance the current use of products or reduce incoming call volume.

**About you**:

- A strong understanding of Windows, Windows Server, VMWare, Office 365 and Ticketing systems is required; experience with Azure and AWS is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills including in person and over the phone
- Great problem diagnosis and solving skills
- The ability to travel across the regional portfolio on a regular basis
- A preference (and ability) to work independently.
- A current and valid Driver’s Licence
