Our client is seeking a switched-on, focused, personable, results oriented and self-motivated IT Administrator to provide support in a MS & Windows environment. This is a high visible position where you will be the primary contact for the business team as well as taking ownership of the day to day IT & recommendations. This is a rewarding environment where you Participating and collaborating in various IT projects and technology initiatives

This is MORE than Desktop Support and will pave the way for you to be across Systems Administration and Project initiatives

Reporting to the IT Manager, this is a role where you will be mentored and have a great amount of variety.

**About you**:

- Previous Desktop support will be highly regarded, ideally within an Enterprise organisation
- Highly experienced in a Windows environment
- Willingness to take ownership of problem resolution
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks
- The ability to build and maintain relationships
- 2 - 5 Years IT experience and the desire to really grow your career

**Expertise in the following areas will ensure your success**:

- Ability to work within a highly motivated business support team
- Proven experience supporting large, distributed Microsoft server and desktop environments
- Windows operation systems (Windows 7 and 10, Office 365)
- Desktops, laptops, printers and mobiles (iPhone and Android)
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
- Excellent knowledge of SOE and group policies
- Calm and proactive manner, able to deal with End Users of all levels within the business
