Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships you will be responsible for managing relationships between Lifeblood and a portfolio of National Key Accounts. Your challenge is to have ownership over the development and implementation of strategies to nurture and cultivate each relationship in a manner that delivers the optimum outcome for the relationship which may include acquisition and retention, services in-kind, offers and promotions. Success will be evaluated for each identified account and against set performance criteria.

The role is also required to support and work closely with Regional Partnerships teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure plans developed with National Key Accounts at the macro level are suitable for and implemented at a local level.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for;
Formal tertiary qualifications in the areas of business management preferred with strong sales, partnerships or account management experience

Minimum 7+ years’ experience in working with national companies or organisations to successfully develop and implement partnership plans and key account management, locally and nationally to achieve agreed targets

Knowledge and understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility processes and reporting. A good understanding of the sponsorship and fundraising environments are highly desirable

Strong relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills with a proven capacity to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

A track record of achieving targets and goals to reach organisational business plans

Demonstrated strong financial management and data analysis skills

An exceptional communicator with great presentation and interpersonal relationship skills

This is a 6 month fixed-term, part time role (3 days per week) or full time opportunity with flexibility to work from home and the office.
