We're on the hunt for a Key Account Manager to lead growth within the lifestyle channel, managing strategic accounts and bringing our premium brands to new customers. Reporting into the Accent Brands division, this is a pivotal role that blends brand-first thinking with commercial execution, ensuring UGG and HOKA thrive in this fast-evolving marketplace.
What you'll be doing- Drive sales growth – manage key lifestyle accounts with full order book responsibility.
- Lead seasonal sell-in – present collections, build assortments, and deliver on sales and margin targets.
- Activate strategies – execute marketplace merchandising and sales strategies across national accounts and key doors.
- Build partnerships – foster strong, long-term relationships with buyers, planners, and retail teams.
- Forecast & report – provide accurate insights on sales, sell-in, and sell-through performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work with merchandise, brand, and marketing teams to deliver seasonal campaigns.
- Train & inspire – deliver product training sessions that empower frontline staff to become true brand advocates.
- Proven wholesale sales experience in the lifestyle marketplace.
- Strong exposure to national key accounts and category growth.
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Brand-driven with a sharp eye for market opportunities.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools.
- A proactive, collaborative team player who makes things happen.
