**The Role**

As a vital member of the People and Culture team, the Systems and Human Resources Co-Ordinator supports our internal stakeholders through all stages of the contract employee lifecycle, provides managers with advice and assistance about the HRIS system in the delivery, maintenance and streamlining of the new system and supports HR projects.
- Managing user accounts and data accuracy
- Developing & maintaining system documentation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements & improvements.
- Contributing to the rollout of new releases.
- Processing time and attendance and leave records.
- Coordinating training and development requirements
- Coordinating the employee lifecycle from on-boarding and induction to exit interview.
- Liaise with the external payroll provider on pay runs on a fortnightly basis.

**Your Profile**
- 1 - 3 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Has worked with HRIS systems previously.
- Knowledge and exposure to payroll systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Highly organised and self-motivated with a keen desire to go above and beyond.
- Keen to work full time onsite leading and partnering with the team
