We are looking for a detail-minded and customer-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join the team based in Mount Waverley. This role will support customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, to optimise deliveries and help address customer issues.

The company is a global technology leader in the automatic data capture and factory automation markets. They specialise in designing and producing electronic systems i.e. bar code readers, mobile computers, sensors for detection, measurement and safety, and vision and laser marking systems for the Retail, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics and Healthcare industries.

Your role is to provide.

Customer and Sales Support through the ERP System - SAP, and phone calls
Customer Account profile administration
Provide first-level response to customer complaints and return/credit requests

**Order management**: create and maintain the sales orders and arrange shipment,

Ensure that sales orders follow the terms and conditions of the applicable contract;
Manage orders on backlog and on hold for timely shipments.

Collaborate with finance to release shipments smoothly should credit issues occur.

Support the sales team with inquiries, i.e. provide lead times and changes to shipping date.

Carry out basic Warehouse duties.

You have previous experience processing orders and checking contract terms and special prices/terms. Your referees can attest to your ability to achieve objectives, prioritise, communicate and escalate issues as necessary.
