About the Role

Based at Bapcor's Mt. Waverley support office with onsite parking, the People Services Coordinator works collaboratively and proactively to support the team to deliver an exceptional experience across P&C advisory. Via a centralised triage system, you will support other P&C functions with the delivery of cyclical, project activity and workforce information with a continuous focus on process improvement and innovation, underpinned by technology.

This role will be primarily based at our Mount Waverley office, with occasional travel required to our Tullamarine facility

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the delivery of P&C frameworks, systems and processes across the P&C portfolio.
  • Administer and provide support on matters including talent acquisition and recruitment processes, health and safety, training and professional development, employee relations and other relevant P&C activities.
  • Manage our team member benefits program and Bapcor Champion awards.
  • Provide support to the People Services Advisors, ensuring effective management of people matters.
  • Contribute to and ensure P&C related functions, programs, processes and operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation as a whole.
  • Respond to team member queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

About You

This is a service driven environment, where teamwork, initiative and proactivity are key. A natural problem solver by nature, you'll be able to get to the heart of people related issues and understand the importance of juggling and prioritisation.

This role would be a perfect fit for an HR Graduate looking to start their career journey in Human resources. You will work with an amazing team and will have all the support you require to drive your career with Bapcor.

  • Degree in Human Resources or, related field.
  • A strong desire to accelerate your career in H.R
  • Strong Customer Service orientation.
  • The ability to prioritise and maintain attention to detail in an ambiguous environment.
  • A desire to contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Sound communication skills, both written and verbal.
