**Description**:
Purpose
This role supports our Partners delivering Disability Employment Services contracts to improve their performance, maximise revenue and deliver high quality services.
As part of CoAct’s Performance and Strategy Team you can expect to:
Use a strong consultative, collaborative approach, develop strong working relationships between CoAct and Service Partner representatives, encouraging information sharing and throughout the network, our partners and programs.
Work with our DES Contract experts to help our partners understand their performance and develop strategies and actions that will result in continued improvement.
Provide guidance and support to Service Partners in the interpretation and implementation of performance data, reporting and delivery of the CoAct Service Delivery Model.
Provide adhoc operational upskilling to Service Partners where appropriate to ensure they can deliver the programs confidently and compliantly.
Work in project teams to assist in the design and implementation of innovative approaches to servicing and changes to delivery.
Develop and operationalise support and actions plans that assist service partners to problem solve in areas affecting performance.
Contribute to the development of communications and updates to members on contractual and compliance issues and variations.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Personal Attributes
Highly collaborative and consultative, able to influence and build strong relationships based on shared agendas.
Articulate speaker and the ability to present complex issues in ways that are easily understood.
High level of skill in written communication including a demonstrated capacity to prepare complex reports and other documents as requested and within a timely manner
Strong attention to detail and care for presentation.
Confident communicator, able to navigate complex challenges and work towards win-win solutions.
Able to travel interstate with notice (2-4 nights at a time up to 10 times per year).
Required Experience
Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, peers, subordinates, member organisations, Government bodies and other external parties.
Strong working knowledge of government policies and programs relating to Employment Services.
Experience in the delivery of employment services programs (DES Program will be highly regarded).
Strong understandings of quality assurance and compliance frameworks and governances.
Experience consulting, training, collaborating or mentoring to Management level roles.
Desirable Experience
Experience working in government, PBI and/or community service-based organisations.
