We are meticulous planners, innovative thinkers, relationship specialists, and experienced business leaders who love what they do.At ASM Global, we love events; it's part of our DNA and what drives us.More about the role...Manage the day-to-day catering operations within your assigned area of the Centre's Kitchens.Plan, coordinate, and deliver all arrangements related to food production to ensure a world-class culinary experience.Work with the Kitchen team to ensure all food safety requirements are adhered to while maintaining current Centre food concept guidelines.Assist the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chefs, and Sous Chefs with the preparation of Kitchen policies and procedures, recipes, detailed process maps, and training manuals for areas under your control.ABOUT YOUEvery day, our people are responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.You will have shared values and a people-centric mindset, genuinely wanting to make a difference.
