About the Role
Provide high level specialist and strategic advice to senior management concerning educational and market trends, and ensure appropriate, responsible and relevant strategies are in place to significantly increase revenue and market share. Lead and participate in project/initiatives and implementation of strategies to ensure the achievement of outcomes against key priorities for DEi.

**You will have responsibility for, but not be limited to**:

- Promote and sell DE International's (DEi) International Student Programs (ISP) to overseas students to achieve annual enrolment targets and other business outcomes.
- Undertake enrolment/ finance/ stakeholder/ agent performance data reports, analysis and forecast for effective market action planning/ implementation to enhance business returns.
- Develop and implement Market Action Plans for responsible markets to increase revenue and market share for ISP as directed.
- Provide client management, training and support services to a diverse portfolio of domestic and internationally based accredited educational agencies.
- Preparing high level advice, reports, briefing material and correspondence relating to the Education Services for Overseas Student Legislative Framework, which includes the National Code, all applicable legislative instruments and commercial practices operating within Australian business law.

Mandatory requirements
Travel and overnight absences from base are required of this position.
About you
- Extensive industry experience in international student recruitment with track record of meeting student enrolment targets and achieving business outcomes.
- Relevant experience and skills in international student recruitment in the school sector is desirable.
