**Your Role**:
As a Project Officer, you will have responsibility for the following:

- Assist in the development and implementation of appropriate and innovative products and marketing strategies for international study tour and professional visit programs, including research, product development, implementation and monitoring of marketing-oriented materials to achieve annual strategic outcomes.
- Assist with financial and corporate service matters for the Account Management Team and senior staff with the preparation of reports, corporate data management and other branch documentation.
- Develop and manage relationships with designated international and domestic tour operators.
- Design and implement individual international study tour and professional visit programs and deliver training and accreditation programs to school personnel.
- Assist the Manager to develop, grow and implement all international study tour and professional visit programs and represent DE International in various forums and settings.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of support programs for various education providers involved in international study tour and professional visit programs, including initial information and training, ongoing advice, support and monitoring of programs.
- Assist with the management of communications, agreements, training and performance monitoring of all strategic alliances with agency networks, relevant organisations and other education sectors domestically and internationally to ensure the appropriate growth and development of international study tour programs for the office.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of an electronic data management system in relation to the study tour product range.
- Provide quality advice to the Director, DE International and other senior officers in a timely manner and assistance to other DE International units to ensure the achievement of the broader goals and objectives of the branch.
- Ensure compliance with all Commonwealth and State acts relating to international study tour programs and with policies and guidelines of DE International.
