We are seeking a skilled Asset Management **Strategy Specialist** to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement asset and task-level strategies, tactics, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) to optimize asset performance and management.
- Use SAP to manage asset data and support strategic planning and execution.
- Work with Master Data load sheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date asset information.
- Engage with stakeholders effectively, presenting strategies and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
- Identify and recommend improvements in asset management processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Asset Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in asset management, strategy development, or a related role.
- Strong experience in creating asset and task-level strategies and BOMs.
- Proficiency with SAP and experience with Master Data loadsheets.
- Familiarity with FMEA/FMECA methodologies.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience with rolling stock is a plus, but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
