Leading Service Provider looking for a Service Manager

**Your new company**
Leading provider of management and hospitality services to venues and events. The company oversees the facilities operations for a number of stadiums across NSW. In this role you will be reporting into the General Manager, supporting the Asset Management Team.

**Your new role**
As the Service Provider, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and repairs of an events stadium in Western Sydney. This role is primarily working Mon - Fri standard hours, also requires flexibility to working around major events. The role is based in one site. Responsibilities include:

- Oversee the day to day management of maintenance and repairs within the Stadium
- Oversee all works relating to base building service contracts
- Schedule both reactive and preventive maintenance as required
- Contractor management including WHS and conduct site inductions
- Assist with the preparation of annual Budgets
- Plus more

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Previous Experience in a similar role
- Strong contractor management and operation skills
- Ability to provide strategy and direction in a highly dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Willingness to work flexibly as required
