We’re looking for an experienced and motivated **IT Service Performance Manager** to lead the way in managing and improving IT service delivery across our department. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a role that blends strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead the design and management of IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance frameworks.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT Service Catalogue aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using performance insights and data analytics.
- Champion transparency, accountability, and service excellence across the IT function.

**About You**

You’re a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong grasp of IT service management frameworks and performance measurement tools. You bring experience in managing vendor relationships and service contracts, coupled with a collaborative mindset that enables you to influence and negotiate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Your commitment to continuous improvement and delivering customer-focused outcomes ensures you consistently drive service excellence and innovation.
