**Your new company**
This is a boutique financial advice practice that is dedicated to helping their clients reach their financial potential. This organisation understands the value in building strong, personal relationships with their clients. Due to client demand they are looking for a Client Services Manager to work with the Principal Adviser.

**Your new role**
In Client Services you will have a range of responsibilities including but not be limited to:

- Providing exceptional client services and being the point of contact for existing clients.
- Working closely with the Principal Adviser and the administration team
- Responsible for a range of tasks including taking client queries, updating client data, formal client reviews, advice document creation and product updates.
- General tasks involved with running an office as well as managing the back-office systems

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working within Financial Services with exposure to financial advice, superannuation, investments and life insurance being advantageous
- Strong administration, customer service, communication skills and attention to detail
- An eagerness to learn and develop your skill set as you will be trained in industry specific tasks
- The ability to work autonomously, have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
