THE ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee local service delivery function ensuring all SLA levels are achieved.
- Ensure all requests, incidents and changes raised are appropriately recorded and resolved/repaired.
- Provide ITC briefings/training to new PPP staff on G4S systems overview.
- Maintain positive relationships with key prison and customer stakeholders.
- Coordinate the IT response to critical incidents and be the PoC.

OBJECTIVES
- Ensure effective communication with customers and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors and other business users and provide technical assistance for all systems.
- Ensure documentation is maintained for all activities.
- Ensure that work is always completed in accordance with G4S policies and procedures.
- Conduct system implementations and projects when required.
- Provide onsite support at Port Phillip Prison for all IT systems.
- Provide training to G4S staff and customers as needed.
- Appropriately prioritize faults, work orders, and queries.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong commitment to customer service.
- A resilient nature to deliver constructive support on a daily basis.
- Ability to deal with challenging situations.
- Familiarity with Google Administration
