**About the role**

As a Workplace Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping high-performance workplace environments that enhance employee engagement, experience, and performance. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, you will lead and support various projects, ensuring our clients' workplace strategies are innovative and deeply rooted in evidence-based practices.

**Key responsibilities**
- Network and build strong client relationships, presenting the benefits of our strategy-led approach to drive new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their priorities and challenges and develop tailored workplace strategies.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including coordinating observation studies and workplace performance surveys.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and co-create solutions.
- Develop space budgets and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing office layouts and designs.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients, guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into projects.

**Required Experience**
- Relevant degree level qualification in business, management, or law.
- At least two years of related work experience.

**Salary Range**

$100k-$120k

- Proven experience in workplace strategy or a related field, with an understanding of business strategy; basic people and culture strategies and priorities; and a strong understanding of design thinking, and human-centered design.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for creating impactful workplace experiences.
- Experience in leading projects and managing client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
