The Corporate Delivery Services team covers a range of corporate services including risk management, internal audit, integrity, planning and performance, compliance, procurement, freedom of information, executive services, cabinet and parliamentary services and accommodation strategy.

**About the role**

You will support the team to deliver and embed the DTF hybrid working accommodation strategy as the Department transitions to new ways of working. You will have the opportunity to influence change affecting the Department and play a critical role supporting accommodation management for Government throughout the election period. Your key responsibilities include:

- Actively support and drive the delivery of the Department's transition and continuous improvement of workplace strategy in conjunction with the Shared Service Provider, our landlord and external providers, providing effective governance and management of risks.
- Engage broadly across the department and develop highly effective relationships with DTF Leaders and other key stakeholders to achieve DTF's strategic accommodation plan.
- Regularly analyse performance and other accommodation management data to support timely reporting, advice and decision making. Provide recommendations and service solutions to meet ongoing accommodation planning requirements.

**About you**

You have an interest in delivering large-scale change projects that have organisation-wide impact to support strategic workplace accommodation. You have strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups to influence and achieve positive outcomes on a large scale. You will also possess the following:

- Experience managing change and delivering hybrid workplace strategies to achieve effective outcomes.
- Supporting delivery in a complex operating environment including working with capital works program/project management methodologies.
