**Your Impact**:
As the Head of Workplace Relations at Asahi Beverages, you will be a pivotal leader shaping the future of our workplace and industrial relations landscape across Australia and New Zealand. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will own the Workplace Relations Framework, driving strategies and policies that directly contribute to commercial success, enhanced employee engagement and proactive risk mitigation within our dynamic and complex FMCG environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your extensive experience to navigate complex industrial matters, build collaborative relationships with employees, unions, and key stakeholders and foster a high-performance culture. You will lead a small team and exert significant influence across the business, playing a critical role in enabling business objectives and ensuring a positive and productive workplace at Asahi Beverages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute Oceania’s Workplace Relations strategy - medium term with yearly focus and a longer
- term ambition aligning with our business plans and commercial drivers.
- Advise on complex organisational changes, fostering positive workplace relations climate and building practical resources.
- Oversee industrial dispute responses and sensitive investigations, providing high-level guidance and proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Cultivate mature and collaborative relationships with employer associations, government representatives and unions across multi-agreement environments.
- Oversee submissions for industrial tribunals and brief legal counsel effectively demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
- Coach and develop the Workplace Relations team and partner with senior leaders on strategic people solutions and internal capability building.
- Proactively engage with the business to understand needs, contribute to strategic discussions and implement effective workplace strategies.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualified in Business, HR, Law, or related, with strong understanding of contemporary and traditional Workplace Relations practices and commercial impacts.
- 10+ years significant Workplace Relations experience in complex industrial settings, demonstrating proactive approach to strategy development, implementation and risk management.
- Proven success in building mature, collaborative union relationships demonstrated by past success in fostering positive working relationships and anticipating future engagement.
- Strategic thinker with ambition to create forward-thinking Workplace Relations strategies for the business.
- Highly engaging with strong influencing skills at senior levels, driving impactful projects and contributing to business discussions.
- Genuine care for people, thriving on constructive problem-solving and proactive solutions for a positive workplace.
- Experienced in building Workplace Relations capability and relationships, focusing on practical resource development and business drivers.
