**About the role**

NAB Group Property manage and protect the Bank’s investment in over 400 retail branches, 30 business banking centres and 11 commercial buildings.
Reporting to the Head Of Commercial Strategy, the primary accountability of this role is to drive, define and realise key opportunities to create workplace outcome whereby each project forms part of a consistent, seamless and enriching NAB experience

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Develop the workplace strategy for NAB’s various property portfolios aligned to NAB Enterprise, People & Culture and Technology strategies with transparency on investment and benefits that will reshape our business to perform
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders to shape workplace strategy
- Embed the workplace strategy into NAB’s workplace program to influence the design of the space employees work in and ensure a consistent workplace experience and connection for teams/colleagues
- Manage and or participate in communications and change programs (including surveys), ensuring the NAB property brand and strategies are correctly represented and delivered to the Business including mitigation of any risks or issues
- Manage internal and external relationship relevant for the delivery of efficient and effective workplace change and communications programs
- Manage data, systems and processes that supports development of workplace strategies, space allocation/optimisation plans
- Educate business on workplace design, space utilisation and occupancy policies, procedures and lead associated remediation/continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute and support Property Partner engagement plans and cadence

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in commercial property or related field
- Working knowledge of property software, space management systems, and related database functionality
- Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & design
- Working knowledge of various office furniture systems
- Tertiary Qualification in a Property related field, Project Management and/or Business Management and/or Experience in Change Management and Customer Relationship Management
- The ability to think strategically and to keep abreast of future external strategies driving agile working methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in driving value through strategic workplace thinking
- Take ownership of requests in order to ensure successful completion
