**About the role**:
The Digital Strategy Consultant role is to identify the key digital opportunities over a 12-36 month horizon for the bank and define the key actions and recommendations.

You will interact deeply across the Digital Domain and the broader bank to understand customer and technology trends and competitive pressures impacting the industry and create digital strategy to deliver improvements. The digital Strategy Consultant will discover and define the key opportunities to drive digital uplift and business outcomes in our customer facing and banker facing channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Governance**:

- Consultation broadly across the business to ensure what is being elaborated is possible to deliver.
- Drive digital governance and ways of working aligning multiple stakeholders from across the bank.
- Collaborating across the business to understand digital capability can be reused and to define and communicate commercial outcomes of your priorities.
- Build and justify business cases for key strategic initiatives and outcomes.

**Strategy**:

- Perform global market analysis to identify digital trends relevant to nab.
- Identify and shape strategic opportunities over 1-3 years.
- Supporting the creation of digital strategy including analysis, recommendations, and concepts.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Strategic thinking & thought leadership.
- Banking & global FS knowledge.
- Commercial acumen.
- Senior stakeholder management with the ability to be able to influence stakeholders. i
- Awareness and understanding of digital assets and technology.
