Your impact:
We are currently looking for a Strategic Revenue Growth Management Analyst to join our Group Strategic RGM team on a permanent bases. As the Strategic RGM Analyst, you will be responsible for driving excellence in the Group’s revenue management capability and Asahi’s way of SRGM best in class framework to support delivery of our Mid-Term Plan and commercial strategies.
You will partner closely with our three Business Divisions (CUB, ALB and ABNZ) to establish effective revenue management strategies across our brand portfolio, drive improvement in revenue management capability across the organization and deliver high value initiatives that enhance revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Asahi way of Strategic Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Framework and associated standards, establishing a common view of the best practices and processes that encompass Asahi Beverages’ revenue growth capability
- Create and implementation of training and required materials to support capability uplift and the standardisation of revenue growth management practices across the Group.
- Maintain a strong understanding of revenue management best practice locally & globally including trends across the industry, evaluating applicability to the Strategic Revenue Growth Management Framework, and sharing opportunities for improvement across the Group.
- Development of a Multi Year RGM Strategies for the Group for growing NSR/liter (e.g. Premiumisation strategy, Recruitment strategy etc) with consideration of its commercial implication for each BD and its customers.
- Work with the business divisions to develop long-term RGM strategies that will enable and support delivery of commercial ambitions.
- Deep dive analysis on key performance issues - on NSV/L, Volume, Share, Mix, Price performance
About you:
You have previous experience working in growth management and pricing management and strategies to drive profitable revenue growth. With a drive to learn and develop others around you.
Additionally:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial finance, pricing, strategy or business development.
- FMCG or retail experience in Pricing or Customer Investment management.
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or any standard data visualization tools
