The role

We are actively recruiting for a Cluster Revenue Optimisation Manager that will be responsible for leading revenue & distribution strategy and executing key tasks and initiatives across a portfolio of accommodation partners.

It's never a dull moment at Revstar Group and a key requirement of the role is adaptability, the ability to analyse data to identify insights and confidently articulate strategic direction to enhance profitability. Effective communication skills and collaboration with sales and marketing teams and stakeholders are also key to ensure cohesive efforts.

Who are you?

You're a self-starter and experienced Revenue Manager or Director with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A highly analytical thinker, you're driven to challenge and influence strategy and consistently identify opportunities to improve business performance. You possess the ability to develop and foster a revenue management culture, whilst naturally educating others in the process. You are highly adaptable to change and thrive

on working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Implement daily revenue management and distribution strategies in line with budgetary objectives


• Identify new revenue opportunities and initiate promotions to generate business at key times


• Analyse competitor and market performance via key revenue indexes


• Track demand drivers and market trends for relevant hotel market/s


• Maintain a complete understanding of competitor's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT)


• Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution


• Responsible for assessing, analysing and implementing pricing strategy


• Ensure all related revenue systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity


• Audit reservations procedures with regard to related systems


• Loading and audit of all rate plans and management of content across multiple distribution channels.


• Business mix yield management; length of stay, inventory by channel and pricing control


• Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates across multiple market segments


• Distribution partnerships – relationship management


• Online merchandising – ensure up to date and accurate product information on all sales channels


• Maintain integrity in all reporting and systems management


• Chair monthly revenue & distribution meetings


• Support with any revenue & distribution client project work compatible to your skillset


• Implement, create and or review hotel forecast and budgets

Preferred criteria required to be considered.

  • Experienced revenue manager and/or director within the hotel industry. (Minimum 3-5 years' experience)
  • Revenue technology expertise across a variety of hotel solutions – PMS, RMS, GDS, BE, Channel Managers, Extranets, CRS
  • Self- starter
