**About the role**
Are you a commercially savvy finance professional with a passion for driving growth through data-led decision-making? Treasury Premium Brands (TPB) is seeking a **Revenue Management Business Partner**to support our APAC region and global marketing teams in optimising pricing strategies and marketing investments.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with the Director of Revenue Management to shape pricing, promotional, and investment strategies that drive volume, net sales revenue (NSR), and profit growth across our premium portfolio.
**What You’ll Do**
- Lead pricing and revenue growth strategies for TPB’s global brands in the APAC region
- Partner with global marketing teams to evaluate and optimise A&P spend and ROI
- Develop tools and frameworks to assess promotional effectiveness and guide investment decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and finance to align on commercial strategy
- Provide strategic insights and governance to ensure pricing decisions support long-term business goalsSupport portfolio management and innovation planning with a focus on commercial viability
**What You’ll Bring**
- Extensive experience in FMCG revenue growth management, pricing, or commercial finance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cross-functional collaboration
- A commercial mindset with a deep understanding of pricing levers and financial impactA degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred
