Erdi is a collection of premium hotels and businesses that push the boundaries on design, function and guest experiences.
Founded by Les and Eva Erdi in the mid-1980s, Erdi is a collection of privately-owned premium hotels and businesses, that offer a unique hospitality experience. Each of our hotels take inspiration from the local area and push the boundaries on design, function, and guest experiences. Our diversification allows us to provide every guest, of every taste and need, a memorable experience.
Our assets, first-class talent, state-of-the-art technology, and discipline is what sets our hotels and businesses from competitors and uniquely meet the needs of customers and maximizes value for community benefit. There is much to give us confidence, but inherent in our DNA is a requirement to keep resetting the bar and striving for even bigger goals.
We are currently recruiting for a Revenue Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a role that is both strategic and hands-on, supporting a portfolio of hotels from both a corporate office and on-property level. You'll enjoy the best of both worlds: the scale and benefits of working for an international hotel group – including worldwide accommodation discounts, career development, and training opportunities – alongside the close-knit, dynamic, and supportive culture of a family-run business.
At Erdi, we are innovative, diverse, and young at heart – and we're proud of the collaborative and forward-thinking environment we've built. We're looking for a Revenue Manager who brings not just strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, but also initiative, adaptability, and a passion for driving performance.
About the Role
Ready to elevate your revenue management career? We are seeking a commercially-driven, Revenue Manager to oversee pricing and revenue strategy from both corporate office and on-site properties.
This is not your typical back-office role — you'll be at the forefront of driving performance, working across corporate and on-property teams to optimize revenue across our portfolio. With access to key data, tools, and market insights, you will use dynamic pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies to unlock the full revenue potential in both strategic and operational settings.
As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic priorities and operational success. Your contributions will directly impact our growth while ensuring compliance and offerings stay up to date with the latest hospitality requirements.
In this position, you will:
Support revenue strategy across a portfolio of hotels by analysing data, forecasting demand, and identifying trends
- Collaborate with GMs, Sales, and the revMAX team to develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize revenue
- Conduct pace, business-on-the-books, and market segmentation analysis to guide decision-making
- Manage key revenue systems including Opera, TARS, and Easy RMS, ensuring accurate rate loading and channel parity
- Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc performance reports for internal stakeholders
- Lead weekly revenue and distribution meetings and participate in strategic planning sessions
- Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform pricing and positioning strategies
- Develop and document best-practice revenue policies and provide training to hotel and reservations teams
- Evaluate group and transient business, manage block allocations, and optimize business mix
- Maintain rate integrity across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and promotional activity
- Provide technical support to reservations, events, and sales teams on upselling and negotiation tactics
- Contribute to the creation of the annual sales and distribution plan and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Support loyalty and reward program optimization and participation in national contracts
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and operational policies
- Build strong working relationships across departments and maintain open communication across all operational teams
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is an analytical and results-driven revenue person with:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager, preferably within hotel industry
- A strong understanding of hotel revenue management principles, systems, and strategies
- The ability to interpret and analyse complex data to inform strategic decisions
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A hands-on leader who takes ownership of the revenue function and drives performance across teams
- Personal qualities that align with our values – including accountability, collaboration, and excellence
