**The Role**:
The Supply Chain Administration Support Assistant provides administrative support to the management team and assists with the efficient running of the Distribution Department
- Plan and schedule customer orders to ensure they are accurately processed on time
- Ensure that customer delivery requirement are accurately recorded in the database system
- Proactively liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer expectations on all deliveries are accurately and clearly understood
- Manage Database and Reporting
- Create Sales orders
- Pallet control and reconciliation
- Transport invoice reconciliation
- Inventory record reconciliation

- Prior Supply Chain / Food Industry experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Exception communication skills
- Be flexible in your job function and willing perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you from time to time.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
