**The Role**
The Web Administrator assists in the delivery of services and advice to internal stakeholders. They are the first point of contact for support requests to the enterprise web team, and are responsible for the team mailbox and request management. The Web Administrator uses their strong communication skills and collaborative mindset to establish and maintain professional relationships, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

The Web Administrator is responsible for the publication and quality assurance of web content. They utilise various publishing, media hosting, data analytics and compliance checking tools to ensure high quality user experiences. They provide web best practice advice and training on a needs basis, and manage account access. With excellent attention to detail, the Web Administrator is able to prioritise work aligned to broader organisation objectives and commit to tight deadlines when needed. They contribute to team and enterprise documentation to ensure standards and processes are adhered to.

**About our Team**
The Defence Enterprise Web Directorate is in the Enterprise Transformation Branch in the Enterprise Transformation and Governance Division. Enterprise Web is a team of web experts, including web designers and developers, web content and audience engagement strategists, web content publishers and web data analysts. The team works collaboratively and with a mindset of continuous improvement to optimise the user experience of Defence internal and public websites and support efficient delivery of web communication.

The Web Administrator will have a passion for customer service, and be commitment to maintaining the excellent reputation that Enterprise Web with our internal clients. They will enthusiastically assist with web project tasks and triage web support requests. The Web Administrator will have experience in the use of digital communication channels and a strong commitment to web standards and user experience, positively impacting both the internal and external audience’s web experience. The Web Administrator will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Defence web environment as a valued member of Enterprise Web.
