We are looking for an **HSEQ Manager**to join our team and provide independent, objective assurance to executive management while driving continuous improvement across our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape our HSEQ culture, lead key audits and investigations, and partner with business leaders to ensure compliance and operational excellence across BGIS Corporate, Accounts, Projects, and Technical Services. The role is based in Melbourne and will require regular travel to client and project sites.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and HSEQ incident investigations (ICAM preferred).
- Develop and deliver an annual Audit Plan for executive management.
- Ensure compliance with AS/NZS 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Provide regular updates on legislative changes and their impact on operations.
- Champion a strong HSEQ culture through training, communication, and engagement.
- Manage governance committees and prepare assurance reports for senior leaders.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to embed HSEQ best practice across service delivery.

**What We're Looking For**
- 5+ years in an HSEQ leadership/management role.
- Proven experience in audits and incident investigations.
- Strong knowledge of WHS, environmental management, hazard management, and legislation.
- Tertiary qualification in WHS, Environmental Management, or related discipline (minimum Diploma).
- Qualified Lead Auditor certification.
- Background in facilities management, property, or construction is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- _Desirable: _ICAM Lead Investigator training, Confined Space/Work at Heights training.
