As the HSEQ Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support our team by implementing effective Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) systems. You will ensure that these systems align with both business values and growth strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in providing guidance on hazard and incident management, auditing and process review, legislative compliance, HSEQ training, HSEQ reporting, and health and wellbeing programs.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and maintain company HSEQ Management Systems, policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Demonstrate leadership to foster a safety culture through systems, training, and consultation that promotes a positive work environment.
- Implement and manage compliance with business processes and systems, including Quality, HSE, and L&D.
- Manage infrastructure, facilities, vehicles, plant, and hire equipment, including operating software, equipment reconciliations, CAPEX suggestions, and forecasts.
- Develop an effective onboarding, induction, training, and monitoring framework to ensure employee success and safety in performing their roles.
- Develop and implement safety improvement plans.
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of ISO accreditation.
- Provide expert advice on HSE matters and issues, aligned with company framework and safety management system.
- Conduct HSEQ site inspections, audits, pre-start meetings, and Toolbox meetings.
- Responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS) setup, monitoring, and compliance.
- Ability to travel as necessary to fulfill job requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:

- Enthusiastic advocate of safety and quality with the ability to influence others positively.
- Knowledge and experience of HSEQ ISO Standards (ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001).
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety laws and guidelines.
- Diploma of Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Australian OHS Legislation.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of best site practices and safety procedures.
- Proven experience in establishing HSEQ systems and frameworks.

The salary for this role is competitive and will be up to $140,000 + Super.
