About the role

The role of Team Leader Support worker is to oversee and nurture our team of growing community Support workers, who are the vital key part of our business. the Team leader Support worker will work within a growing team who work together to ensure the ongoing services our support workers deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the quality of care delivered

Recruitment and onboarding

Supervise and monitor support workers

Work in collaboration with other team members

Identify training needs

What you bring

Drivers Licence

HCP and NDIS experience

Support worker experience

Leadership Experience
