You will support our Professional Services in their modern CBD based office environment. They are seeking an AP Team Leader to support their team in a 6 month contract. You will report to the AP Manager and provide coaching to junior team members throughout the duration.
- FT hours, 6 month contract - potential to extend

The Account Payable Team Leader leads the Accounts Payable Team and ensures that accounts payable services are provided by the team in a timely, effective and efficient manner.

**ROLE INFORMATION**
- Reports to Transactional Services Manager
- Maintains direct reports

Team members understand the national strategy and support the business to deliver on initiatives and achieve targets
- Team members are provided regular, consistent and constructive feedback to ensure KPIs are achieved
- Poor performance is managed
- Actively promote and support team development
- Ensure that all Elders people leadership processes and policies are being used within team
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team

**Experience and Knowledge**
- Clear verbal and non-verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong people leadership skills and a desire to help build team culture
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build effective and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent people management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels
- MS Office experience, with a high level of proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint and OutlooK.
