We have a new opportunity available to join our Opal Fibre Packaging sales team, based at our manufacturing site at Bibra Lake, WA.

Opal Fibre Packaging ANZ manufactures innovative recycled and sustainable cardboard box packaging solutions aligned with the circular economy. As an integrated local manufacturer we partner with our customers to supply corrugated cardboard packaging solutions to support major market segments including FMCG, fruit and produce, protein, dairy, dry goods, wine, beverage and industrial manufacturers.

In this role your primary focus will be to manage an existing portfolio, primarily fresh produce customers in Northern Perth, including customers as far as Carnarvon.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

- Developing and managing strategic individual accounts, building a strong rapport with a variety of different stakeholders within the customer
- Effectively managing multiple competing customer priorities at any one time
- Conducting regular customer business reviews
- Understanding customer needs and developing and implementing individual client value propositions
- Working cross-functionally within the business and co-ordinating technical support, value engineering, quotes, and samples to ensure customers’ expectations are managed
- Prospecting and developing new customer business

Specifically, for this role, we expect you will have;
- Experience in successfully managing a portfolio of key customer accounts
- Ideally some experience in corrugated packaging or related product
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- A proven track record of delivering results and ensuring key objectives are met
- A collaborative approach; fostering productive working relationships across internal teams to deliver the best result for the customer
