The Customer Experience and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Experience and Sales team at Aquahub and Croydon Memorial Pool (CMP).

Reporting to the Customer Experience and Business Development Manager and will be in charge of coordinating day-to-day customer experience operations and administrative functions.

The main focus of the role will be implementing strategic plans to create positive customer experiences, acquire memberships, and drive retail income growth across all Maroondah Leisure and Aquatic Venues.

As part of our selection process you may be required to have pre-employment checks. (Psychometric Assessment, CrimCheck and Working with Children Check).
