We are looking for an Internal Sales Leader to join a leading landscape and gardening company located in Croydon. Join the collaborative team at Form Boss that supplies superior edging systems to thousands of happy customers.

Work within a successful group of professionals who pride themselves on being the founders and industry leaders in garden edging systems by providing complete edging solutions to customers for over 15 years

We are looking for an Internal Sales Leader with at least 3 years of experience. This is a permanent full-time role with an attractive salary of $85,000 per annum plus super.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Answer sales calls
- Management of 3rd party call centre
- Processing orders
- Manage walk-in sales
- Plan and schedule outbound sales program aligned with the external sales team
- Organise and schedule continuous product training for the internal sales team
- Propose and implement continuous improvement suggestions that will help elevate and improve internal sales contribution and overall direct impact on sales objectives and targets
- Take a leadership position in this field of expertise
- General administration duties
- Management of CRM and keeping it up to date
- Managing appointments
- At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar role
- High level of EQ, empathy and patience
- Strong sales growth initiative to help drive sales
- Experience using the following: Zoho1 CRM, Microsoft Office, Miro
- Ability to work in and lead (but not manage) a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage whilst being very collaborative
- Great organisations skills
