Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Croydon, VIC. The Sales Specialist will engage in daily activities such as interacting with clients to understand their needs, providing product advice and demonstrations, handling sales transactions, managing client accounts, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include training clients on product use, managing sales efforts, and coordinating with the marketing team to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to manage client relationships
  • Experience in Training clients and Sales Management
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical understanding of the products
  • Familiarity with unmanned aerial systems and related technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
