We are looking for a vibrant, confident, and motivated **Sales Associate** to join our store in Croydon. If you have a passion for fashion and dance, love delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect role for you

**About the Role**:

- Provide expert fittings for dancewear and shoes.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Handle administrative tasks and assist leadership.
- Retail award wage.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday - Afternoon shift
- Morning shifts available
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**What We are Looking For**:

- Retail experience - Point of Sale and upselling.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- A bubbly personality, adaptability with children, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
- A meticulous eye for detail.
- Someone who has a basic knowledge of dancing and the industry.
- Is a natural born social butterfly. We are looking for someone who can relate to our customers.
- Willing to learn our expert way of fittings e.g.: pointe shoe, dance shoes, and leotards.
