- You will deliver high quality front line customer service, both in-person, phone and via digital channels.
- You will provide exceptional, timely customer service - sharing your broad knowledge of Council’s services & offerings.
- You will showcase Council’s values - Collaborate, Achieve, Respect and Evolve
- You will be a true team player - you will foster an environment of achievement and collaboration.
- Identify and help to implement continuous improvement of business processes and practices.
- Contribute to the efficient running of our Customer Contact Centre by assisting with daily tasks.

The **Fine** Print:

- **Package**:$70,000 - $77,000 gross per annum plus 10.5% superannuation.
- **Hours of work: Temporary Full Time** 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, 19 day month flexi time arrangement. Opportunity expected to be available for up to 12 months.
