Things You’ll **Do**:

- Manage the performance and outcomes of the Customer Service Officers across the Children’s Services business unit.
- Take accountability for all processes within the Customer Service team to ensure they meet legislative requirements and maintain currency.
- Take ownership of the customer experience including enrolments, fees and general enquires
- You will be responsible to extract data and provide timely reports and data relating to utilisation and debtors.
- Oversee the enrolment process, placements and ensures all officers work towards utilisation targets.
- Overseas the collection of fees across all centres and ensures all officers are implementing correct practices.

The **Fine** Print:

- **Package**:$79,108 gross p.a. plus superannuation
- **Hours of work**:12-month Temporary full-time opportunity - Working 35 hours per week, on rotating shift time 8:00 am - 4:00 pm and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with option of 19-day month flex-time arrangement.
