**Your Role as an Administration Officer - Customer Service**:
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding front-of-house customer service. Your duties will include managing customer inquiries, processing transactions, and performing various administrative tasks to support the customer service team.

**Skills and Experience We're Looking For**:
If you have experience in a busy customer service environment, possess excellent communication skills, and can work effectively under pressure, we want to hear from you
- Proven experience in customer service/reception
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated on Monday 16th September 2024 & Tuesday 17th September 2024.
- **Hourly Rate**:$35.95 gross per hour plus 11.5% superannuation.
- **Hours of work**:Casual shifts available over 7 day spread** **5:00am - 9:00pm to support the operational needs of the Leisure Centres.
