- Our Projects, Rail and Technology Systems division have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Logistics Manager. In this position, you will get an opportunity to manage the coordination of personnel and equipment requirements for the Gippsland Line Upgrade project in Victoria.**About the role**
As the Logistics Manager you will be accountable for management of the project Warehouse and ensuring activities are controlled and coordinated to project standards while meeting/exceeding quality, time, safety and profit objectives.
- Provide main works equipment with support in material / equipment management and site operation.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the storage and distribution of raw materials and supplies, including arranging freight as required
- Ensure that Project supply needs are met.
- Establishment of Project Logistics Warehouse.as well as managing the setup of all Project Site / Office locations
- Assist with review of budgetary requirements for the warehouse
- Negotiate and manage subcontracts related to warehouse and logistics.

**About you**
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistic or Commercial Role
- Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects and assignments
- Ability and willingness to adapt, quickly learn and put to use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing structure, process, information and/or technology.
