About the role

As Logistics Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end movement of our client’s products — from supplier to warehouse.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends strategic leadership with day-to-day execution. You’ll collaborate closely with both domestic and international partners to optimise freight, warehousing and fulfilment operations, ensuring seamless delivery across all channels.

Responsibilities

- Manage all international and domestic freight movements — sea, air, courier.

- Oversee warehouse operations and 3PL partners, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Manage a logistics team of two Logistics Coordinators

- Drive on-time, in-full delivery performance across wholesale and e-commerce channels.

- Track and manage inventory accuracy, replenishment and returns.

- Negotiate with carriers and freight partners for the best service and value.

- Implement process improvements to reduce lead times and logistics costs.

- Collaborate with production, planning and finance to optimise supply chain performance.

- Analyse logistics metrics and prepare reports on cost, accuracy and performance.

- Manage and have an understanding of Tariffs and requirements for customs clearance

Qualifications

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.

- Experience in import sea freight operations or freight forwarding

- Strong understanding of international freight, customs and 3PL operations.

- Excellent organisation, problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills.

- A proactive, hands-on approach and a love for working in a fast paced, dynamic and creative environment.
