**The Role**
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our logistics operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our products to customers. You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as continuously improving processes and systems to drive efficiency and scalability.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience in logistics management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, as well as experience with logistics management systems and processes
