**The Role**

This is a key role within the marketing team, reporting to Marketing Manager, and working closely with the Product, Sales & Operations teams across Australia & New Zealand to plan & implement a range of activities including, but not limited to, consortia distribution & marketing, brand partnerships, co-op marketing, sales materials, expos, conferences & events, partner activation, product sales & distribution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage strategic regional co-op marketing plans for Destination Tourism Partners and trade partners
- Champion, leverage and manage existing Adventure World brand and commercial partnerships across Australia, New Zealand & USA
- Develop and nurture relationships with key partner representatives ensuring Adventure World is their most valued partner
- Seek out, secure and develop new trade and brand partnerships, and marketing initiatives which fit the Adventure World’s Travel with Purpose philosophy
- Liaise with Sales on the development of expos and events calendar for commercial and brand partnerships
- Represent Adventure World at partner conferences and events, including presentations and expos

**Travel Requirements**

Infrequent domestic & international travel.

**We would love to talk to you if you have**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales, or generalist marketing role, including Partnerships
- Demonstrated experience with B2B Marketing and project management
- Solution focused and creative mindset as a results-based individual
- Natural ability to build relationships with third party suppliers and a broad range of partners and stakeholders
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
- Exposure to or a broad understanding of the travel industry is desirable
