**The Role**:
This role has a strong emphasis on customer service and client relationships and is a support role to our team of Sales Agents we call our “Destination Experts”.
This is an entry level position for you to build your career, and enjoy the adventures of working in the world of travel and tourism
This is a permanent, full-time role working from our vibrant Bondi Junction office 5 days per week. Flexibility to work from home 1 day a week upon completion of probation and training.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Action all incoming communication from suppliers and update files accordingly.
- Check invoices from supplier match costs loaded into the booking system.
- Notify Reservations of any file updates, highlighting all notes from suppliers.
- Liaise between reservations and suppliers to finalise booking arrangements.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience within a customer focused role highly desirable.
- Call Centre or Administration experience is highly desirable.
- Personal travel experience is an advantage with a genuine interest in geographical knowledge.
