**Client Services Specialist**

**The Role**

Adventure World is excited to be recruiting an additional member to join our Client Services Specialist team. This role is integral to Adventure World’s commitment to exceptional customer service as it supports our team of dedicated Destination Experts with behind the scenes tasks to allow our team to process bookings quickly and accurately to offer the best service to our customers.

Based out of our Bondi Junction head office (hybrid working options available) key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Action all incoming communication from suppliers and update files accordingly
- Check invoices from supplier match costs loaded into the booking system
- Notify Reservations of any file updates, highlighting all notes from suppliers
- Liaise between reservations and suppliers to finalize booking arrangements. This may include gathering flight information, completed booking forms, and registration procedures
- Ensure external documents are received from suppliers within a suitable time frame to meet documentation policy
- Fulfill brochures orders received from various platforms
- Maintain documentation and brochure stock
- Tracking documents/confirmations stats on a daily basis
- Previous experience in the travel industry is highly regarded but not essential
- Strong knowledge of or personal travel experience to Adventure World destinations highly regarded
- Strong geographical knowledge is essential, personal travel experience highly desired
- Proven effective communication (written & verbal) skills
- Display high level of organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Be proficient in the Microsoft suite and have the ability to pick up new technologies with ease
