**Adventure World Product Support Executive - North America / Asia**

**The Role**

Primarily based out of our office in Bondi Junction with flexible working options available, the Product Support Executive is responsible for managing our North America/Asia product portfolio whilst supporting the product manager, product load, marketing and the reservations team with tailored, unique product aligned with Adventure World’s core product pillars and experiences by developing unique value added and tactical offers per destination.

Furthermore, you will be required to load our Adventure World products into relevant systems as required by the business; ensuring product is available to sell via our internal reservations systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Timely handling of tailored itineraries and other unique requests from reservations to drive sales conversion
- Assist product load team with one-offs and when required by the business
- Support Product Manager with delivery of value add and tactical offers for marketing and sales campaigns
- Manage and maintain product and pricing in Content One to support sales and marketing campaigns
- Deliver excellent customer service to all internal and external customers aligned with SLAs

You’ll contribute to Adventure World’s performance by displaying a positive, enthusiastic attitude and show support and involvement in team and business initiatives and activities.

You will also:

- Have experience in retail, customer service or the wholesale travel industry
- Have the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Be able to work to a schedule and understand business delivery deadlines
- Possess the ability to process information accurately and with attention to detail, while meeting tight deadlines
- Have strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly regarded:

- Working knowledge of the Calypso Travel System
- Understanding of product design
