**Marketing Partnerships Executive** - Adventure World
Location - **Bondi Junction**

As part of our passionate team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with leading global partners from consortia and tourism boards to Lindblad Expeditions, Star Clippers, Brendan Vacations and more to deliver inspiring, results-driven marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for a Marketing Partnerships Executive who thrives in building strong collaborations, managing multi-channel campaigns, and delivering measurable outcomes that support both Adventure World and our valued partners.

** What you’ll do**:

- Execute co-branded campaigns and joint marketing activities that align with brand strategy and maximise ROI.
- Manage the full lifecycle of partnership initiatives from campaign ideation to execution and reporting.
- Support trade and consumer promotions, activations, and events, including showcases and industry gatherings.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce high-impact assets across digital and print.
- Provide the sales team with timely promotional tools and campaign support.
- Track budgets, monitor deliverables, and report on campaign performance and competitor trends.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external tourism partners, ensuring long-term value and collaboration.

** What we’re looking for**:

- A degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Tourism/Hospitality (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within travel or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital and print marketing platforms.
- Highly organised with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
- A team player who is resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to support events outside of standard business hours, and willingness to travel if required.
